our studio
The basis of our work is to search for the very soul of the space we are working with. We take the time to explore the relationship between people and the environment they interact with, and then propose a framework for the future of this relationship. Care and detail is key in drawing up the initial concepts of our designs. We pay close attention to the visions and ideas of our investors, with an aim to provide a result that not only shines with quality, but is also truly tailored to the customer.
Visions are the basic building blocks to build a desired outcome. Architectural design is feasible by bringing a keen expertise to our work; we imagine how a new space will influence our clients on functional, mental, visual and technical levels. Project designs are created using precise instructions on how to build each concept. We pay close attention to project quality as a prerequisite for an investment that is meaningful and sustainable.
Established in 2004, are delighted to have provided architectural designs for both the private and public sectors. Our portfolio of work covers a wide range of designs; from interiors, to houses and wider urban areas. We create economically, socially and environmentally responsible architecture. We also pay close attention to quality and value for investment. Our studio provides consultancy and preparation of project documentation for all stages of construction projects. This includes legislative consultation, assistance in building approval procedures and onsite supervision. We work with suppliers whose quality we can assure, as a result of our own due diligence and experience. We are able to organize the delivery of building interiors and other deliverables, depending on customer requirements. Our fees are determined on the basis of professional standards, recommended by the architectural associations ČKA a ČKAIT.
